Job description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for technical support, both pre and post sales. They will cover the test and measurement product portfolio, inclusive of signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power sensors and oscilloscopes. The candidate will be one of the main points of contact for internal and external customers, providing technical assistance and solutions, delivered via telephone, email and on-site visits.
  • In pre-sales, the successful candidate will be able to identify and guide the customer to the correct solution through technical qualification, including delivery of focused presentations and demonstrations of the equipment.
  • Post sales responsibilities include timely provision of support to customers, for example, providing instrument familiarisation, with hands-on training or helping the customer to ensure that the purchased test solution is optimized for requirements.
  • The role necessitates the attendance of regular training and a strong personal desire to maintain a high level of technical competence on the related technologies, applications and products. The coaching of peers and contributing to the achievement of sales targets will be expected. Additionally, there is an expectation to support our marketing team at exhibitions, events and seminars.
  • The candidate will be part of a wider European team looking to identify new business opportunities, developing relationships and growing our existing customer base.
