  • Use data analysis and performance monitoring for continuous improvement.

  • Represent at key meetings and multi-agency forums.

  • Use data analysis, performance monitoring, and root‑cause insights to drive continuous improvement across the service.
  • Ensure all work complies with housing legislation, tenancy agreements, and regulatory standards.
  • Represent PA Housing at key meetings, panels, and multi‑agency forums.
  • Promote strong resident engagement, ensuring their experiences and feedback shape local safety and ASB strategies.
