We are currently recruiting for an Analytics & Insight Lead to join our established and experienced team here at Intact.Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics & Insight Strategy: Define and drive the strategy for analytics and insight generation, ensuring alignment with RSA’s business goals and data strategy.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that outlines the delivery and evolution of analytic and insights capabilities, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support and implement the new Hub and Spoke model, ensuring roles and responsibilities are defined and understood. Collaborate with business units, data teams, and technology groups to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and maximize adoption of the data platform and analytics tools for data‑driven decision‑making.
Skills and Experience

We are looking for extensive experience in managing analytics and insight enablement, particularly tools, process and operating models, with a proven track record of delivering successful adoption of analytics and insight best practices. The role requires delivery experience and work with strategy and planning.

Key technical skills include:

  • Analytics tools such as PowerBI/Fabric, SQL, SAS
  • Data science platforms such as Databricks
  • Data governance systems such as Collibra and Informatica

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills are essential, as is the ability to use data to inform decision‑making and drive product improvements. Proven ability to lead and mentor data teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence, is also required.
