Qualifications

  • Previous laboratory experience in a related area is required.
  • Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and COSHH.
  • Understanding ICH guidelines is highly desirable.

Your role

Working within the Pharmaxo Scientific Research and Development Team your role is to perform laboratory analyses, validations, and all associated data processing and documentation. The role also requires oversight of routine maintenance for laboratory equipment according to planned schedules and compliance with COSHH regulations.

The work involves stability testing of small molecule and biopharmaceutical products with the goal of extending the shelf life of those products.

  • Annual salary: £27,000 - £29,000 Depending on Experience
  • Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)

  • Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
