Role: Analytical Development Scientist

Responsible for analytical method development, validation, and technical transfer.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Departmental Operations:

  • Perform assigned work as agreed with the project lead and/or Analytical Development Manager. Ensure efficient use of time to complete assigned objectives ️.
  • Maintain laboratory areas in compliance with client, regulatory GMP, and safety requirements
  • Engage in compliance and continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide cover for fellow Analytical Development Scientists as required.
  • ️ Promote economic use of labor, materials, energy, and services. Suggest and implement cost-saving and waste-reduction measures .
  • ️ Identify opportunities for improved workflows to enhance efficiency, cost control, and GMP/safety performance.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Project Delivery:

  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned project deliverables.
  • Take the lead on project components where appropriate, in agreement with the Analytical Development Manager.
  • Plan and execute work aligned with project timelines and customer expectations.
  • Support analytical method development, tech transfer, qualification, and validation activities
  • Coordinate with peers for effective workload planning and timeline adherence.
  • ️ Communicate with clients professionally as required.

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years analytical experience.
  • Strong understanding of GMP & SHE standards.
  • ️ Solid grasp of safety practices.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and team-building skills.
