An exciting opportunity exists within Ashurst Advance's eDiscovery and Digital Services team for an eDiscovery Analyst / Senior Analyst to help deliver cutting‑edge eDiscovery solutions across litigation, regulatory and investigation matters. Working at the intersection of people, process and technology, you will support end‑to‑end project delivery using industry‑leading platforms and AI‑enabled workflows to enable exceptional client service.

Ashurst Advance is a global leader in innovative, digitally enabled legal services. We work seamlessly with our legal advisory and risk consulting teams to provide fully integrated solutions to our clients' most complex legal challenges, leveraging market‑recognised expertise in delivery, managed services, digital, legal operations and flexible resourcing.

As a result of ongoing growth and a new agenda of service expansion, we are seeking to appoint an eDiscovery Analyst / Senior Analyst in the UK.

This is a vital role at the heart of our service offering, contributing to project execution, quality assurance, risk management and continuous innovation across our eDiscovery capabilities.

The role will report to one of our eDiscovery Managers and operate as part of a national team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the UK and Australia to support a follow‑the‑sun delivery model.

The role will be a primary delivery contributor to eDiscovery projects, engaging with internal practice groups and external clients to scope work, manage workflows, and progress matters efficiently using RelativityOne, Reveal and related tools.

The role will be responsible for supporting case setup, collection, processing, analytics, review and production, maintaining robust chain of custody and data security, tracking budgets and milestones, and preparing concise updates and outputs for stakeholders.

The role requires practical problem‑solving skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to translate technical concepts into plain English, and a collaborative, client‑focused mindset.

This is a full‑time, permanent role that can be based in either our London or Glasgow office with hybrid working.
