Our client is a well‑established aluminium fabrication business based in Ellesmere Port and is seeking an experienced Aluminium Factory Manager to lead and oversee production operations.

This is a hands‑on management role, ideal for someone with strong leadership experience within aluminium fabrication and glazing systems.

The Role

• Oversee day‑to‑day factory operations and production output.
• Manage and lead a shop floor team of approximately 17 operatives.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
• Supervise fabrication of windows, doors and curtain wall systems.
• Work closely with senior fabrication staff and technical teams.
• Implement and improve production processes and efficiencies.
• Ensure health & safety compliance across the factory.
• Liaise with management, suppliers and project teams as required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a Factory Manager / Production Manager role within aluminium fabrication.
• Strong background in windows, doors and curtain wall systems.
• Experience managing shop floor teams and senior fabricators.
• Good technical knowledge and ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Confident using technical systems and Windows‑based software.
• Strong leadership, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
