We're looking for empathetic, resilient teachers who want a fresh, flexible approach to education. This role involves delivering personalised 1:1 learning to pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and significant barriers to engagement.

The Role

• Provide tailored teaching in pupils' homes or alternative provisions
• Up to 6 hours per day (part‑time options available)
• Work with a range of learners, adapting your style to their needs, interests and capabilities
• Build trust, encourage engagement and support emotional as well as academic progress

What You\'ll Bring

• Teaching qualification or strong tutoring experience
• High levels of empathy, patience and adaptability
• Confidence working independently and travelling to sessions
• A passion for helping pupils who need a different route back into learning
