Job summary

You will design and optimize Airtable dashboards, enhance workflows, and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement new features. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in Airtable design, along with knowledge of JavaScript and data integrations. The role requires a focus on operational needs and operational efficiency. The position offers a salary of up to £75,000 depending on experience.

Battersea (3 days p / w onsite) Up to £75, 000 Neg D.O.E We’re seeking an experienced Airtable Consultant to help our client's Media & Entertainment teams work faster and more efficiently through the design and optimisation of Airtable dashboards, views, and interfaces. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance existing workflows, implement new features, and ensure Airtable solutions align with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents and enhancement requests within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot data sync, automations, interfaces, and field configuration issues.
• Build and maintain fields, tables, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Lead new Airtable implementations and ongoing enhancements.
• Resolve complex cases involving the API, SAML / SSO, SCIM, scripting, and third‑party integrations.
• Act as an escalation point for advanced issues and guide best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven hands‑on experience in Airtable design, development, and optimisation (Ideally 3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of workflows, formulas, linked tables, automations, and interfaces.
• Skilled in data analysis, orchestration, quality, and governance.
• Experience delivering large-scale data integrations within Airtable.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL / PL‑SQL.
• Familiarity with data automation, reporting, and system integrations.
• Understanding of Airtable architecture best practices for scalability and usability.
