Overview

Our client is seeking experienced Direct Entry Captains to support a high‑frequency, premium short‑haul operation based in London. This is a key opportunity to join a specialist airline focused on business and leisure travel into the heart of the capital, operating within one of the world’s most demanding airport environments.

The role is ideally suited to high‑calibre pilots who demonstrate exceptional professionalism, strong leadership, and a customer‑first mindset, with the ambition to contribute to both operational excellence and long‑term fleet development.

Responsibilities
  • Operate scheduled, charter, and leisure services across the UK and Europe
  • Command Embraer E‑Jet aircraft within a challenging operational environment
  • Deliver the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer experience
  • Work flexibly within a close‑knit flight crew community across a seven‑day operation
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, operational, and company procedures
  • Represent the airline with professionalism at all times
  • Support a safety‑driven and customer‑focused flight deck culture

Requirements
Essential
  • UK CAA Part‑FCL ATPL (A) or eligibility to convert to a UK licence via approved conversion routes
  • Minimum 4,000 total flight hours
  • Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) on a commercial jet or turboprop multi‑crew aircraft
  • PIC hours must be on aircraft with MTOW ≥ 20,000 kg
  • PICUS hours are not accepted
  • Valid Multi‑Engine Instrument Rating
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6
  • Valid Class 1 Medical (minimum 6 months validity post‑start date)
Desirable
  • Currently operating as a Captain
  • Current Embraer E‑Jet type rating
  • Experience operating into performance‑and environment‑constrained airports
