Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) is a subsidiary of the Boeing Company and currently employs over 2,000 people in the UK and is responsible for delivering several exciting contracts to our UK and international defence customers including E-7 AEW&C, P-8A Maritime Patrol Aircraft, C4ISTAR Services, Through Life Support for the Chinook & Apache Fleets, Logistic Information Services and Training Services.

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced candidates to take on a pivotal role in managing Aircraft Maintenance and Modification Operations at our Boeing Repair Station in Birmingham. The successful individuals will be responsible for overseeing and leading the multidisciplinary operations team of maintenance technicians and certifiers. Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficient execution of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and modifications on aircraft, ultimately driving the successful delivery of our aircraft projects. Hold an Aircraft Maintenance License, A&P, EASA, EMAR, CAA or equivalent.
Or Degree level educated in an Engineering discipline.
Familiarity with 737NG base maintenance processes.
