Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance & Breakdown Engineer

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Company Van, Tools & Fuel Card

We are looking for a highly experienced Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance & Breakdown Engineer to join our team, covering Bristol. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in fault‑finding and system diagnostics.

The Role

• Carry out service, maintenance, and reactive breakdown repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi‑splits, AHUs, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults, including electrical and pressure‑related issues.
• Perform pressure checks and system adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Work independently across client sites, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues when needed.

About You

• A wealth of experience in air conditioning service, maintenance and breakdowns.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills, with knowledge of pressure testing and system checks.
• F‑Gas 2079 certification essential.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional, reliable, and able to deliver high standards of work across varied environments.
