What You’ll Do

• Lead Strategy: Define and own our enterprise-wide AI and automation roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Drive Impact: Identify and prioritise high-value use cases involving GenAI, LLMs, RPA, and intelligent agents.
• Deliver Solutions: Oversee the development and deployment of AI/ML models into production systems.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, engineering, operations, and business units to scale AI capabilities.
• Promote Ethical AI: Advocate for responsible AI practices in line with UK and international standards.
• Build Awareness: Lead internal education initiatives—demos, workshops, playbooks—to boost AI literacy.
• Govern Effectively: Develop frameworks for AI project governance, lifecycle management, and ROI tracking.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external AI platform vendors and partners.
• Stay Ahead: Keep ClearCourse at the forefront of GenAI, MLOps, RPA, and regulatory trends.

Essential

• Proven experience leading AI, ML, or automation initiatives in a digital or tech-driven organisation
• Strong knowledge of GenAI, NLP, LLMs, RPA, and their business applications
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g. OpenAI, Azure ML, Vertex AI, UiPath)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Analytical and commercially focused mindset—able to identify and quantify impact

Desirable

• Technical background in data science, engineering, or computer science
• Understanding of AI ethics and governance frameworks (e.g. ISO 42001, UK AI regulations)
• Experience in agile, cross-functional delivery teams
• Exposure to enterprise digital transformation or change management initiatives
