Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in house recruitment or agency recruitment, preferably in Tech or R&D.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and closing research and advanced technical talent.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to track and measure recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key technical roles.
• Build and nurture pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Work with HR Business Partners to support hiring managers.
