Role: AI Governance Specialist

Location: Germany (Remote)

German Proficiency (Mandatory)

Responsibilities
  • Developing guidelines, standards, and processes for the responsible use of AI and implementing them throughout the company.
  • You will analyze regulatory requirements and ensure that all AI projects comply with the law.
  • You will conduct regular audits and risk analyses and monitor compliance with compliance requirements.
  • You will coordinate interdisciplinary dialogue between specialist departments, data protection, IT security, and external partners.
  • You design, update, and organize training courses and internal awareness measures.
  • You advise managers and project teams on questions relating to the ethical, legal, and technical evaluation of AI systems.
  • Structured recording and modeling of business processes using the BPMN methodology.
  • Analysis of existing processes, their graphical representation using BPMN, and support in optimizing processes within the company in the context of data governance.
Qualifications
  • Degree in natural sciences, computer science, law, business informatics, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in governance, compliance, data protection, IT security, or artificial intelligence
