A leading AI solution provider in the UK is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to manage and guide project delivery while mentoring a talented team. This role involves co-creating AI solutions, solving technical problems, and ensuring ethical compliance. Candidates should have at least 4 years of enterprise software delivery experience and strong leadership skills. The position offers a salary between £70,000 and £100,000, along with benefits including private medical insurance and a flexible hybrid working model.
AI Delivery Leads are expected to work in small teams of Tomoro and client engineers to design, build, and deploy AI applications.
Our delivery teams solve complex and technical design challenges, ensuring smooth transitions from development to deployment, and act as a vital link between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The role involves leading project delivery, mentoring colleagues, and staying updated with AI advancements. Delivery leads are critical in ensuring our AI solutions are reliable, ethically compliant, and rigorously tested.

Co-creating cutting-edge applied AI business solutions with clients and colleagues that will realise meaningful value with a feasible route to reality.
Supporting and prototyping AI solutions and building engineering teams who can realise designs at scale – you know the best designs are working prototypes and want to use these as a basis for an engineering team.
Solving complex delivery problems that arise during the development and scaling of AI solutions. You’ll help connect the dots to realise route to live for our clients and be the primary translator between engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
Providing delivery guidance and leadership within the team, including mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to skill development.
Staying updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to continually enhance the quality of solutions offered.
Upholding and actively contributing to ethical standards in AI development, including considerations for data privacy, bias minimisation, and regulatory compliance. Helping to expand our knowledge on this subject and driving ethical ways to implement AI.
Building robust, trusted relationships with senior business and technical clients. We aren’t a company of body‑shop engineers – we constructively challenge our clients to help them become AI leaders in their field.
You may work across multiple accounts or projects simultaneously, amplifying your impact through effective team leadership. Your ability to juggle various responsibilities will be key to the success of our projects.
You have 4+ years of experience in delivering software solutions for enterprise.

You have a history of supporting the professional development of engineers, creating a supportive environment which encourages learning and growth. You are committed to sharing knowledge and driving collective improvement across Tomoro and our clients’ organisations.
You know nothing happens without engineers writing great code, and the role of a delivery lead is an enabler for our engineers to continue doing what they do best.
You proactively stay up to date with the latest developments in AI technology, connecting the dots and devising ways to apply new tools and techniques to real‑world problems faced by Tomoro and our clients. You contribute to the organisation’s knowledge base and assets and are developing a reputation in the market for your insights and expertise.
Salary range of £70,000 - £100,000 + EMIs*
Hybrid working policy. Depending on the client and project requirements, you should remain flexible and willing to travel to client offices up to three days a week.
