The Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected professional services firm with a specialist agricultural and rural focus. The business supports a wide range of farming and rural enterprises across the UK.

The Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Agri-Business Department Manager to join the firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role will lead and develop the Agri-Business team, manage a portfolio of clients, and ensure high standards of service. You will contribute to departmental strategy, performance monitoring, and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the Agri-Business team to deliver excellent client service
  • Provide strategic financial and accountancy support to a portfolio of agricultural clients
