Job summary

A leading housing provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Care Manager to lead the post-completion aftercare service. You will motivate and develop a team, manage complaints, and ensure a high-quality experience for customers. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, technical knowledge of housebuilding, and a customer-focused approach. Qualifications

  • Manage complaints at stage 1 and 2, escalating when necessary.
