The Role
  • Lead, motivate and support the After Sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage customer enquiries, technical queries, spare parts support and logistics
  • Identify and maximise commercial opportunities in line with financial targets
  • Develop effective policies, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee warranty management and represent the department in product quality discussions
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, loyalty programmes and feedback analysis
  • Provide performance reporting monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and shipping partners
  • Support business growth through networking, trade shows, and dealer engagement
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production and Design teams
  • Lead process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency
The Person
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a busy After Sales environment
  • Proven people-management ability with strong leadership skills
  • Background in manufacturing or engineering-related industries
  • Flexible approach with ability to travel and handle occasional out-of-hours support
  • Full driving licence required
