We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Affiliate & Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our small but growing marketing team.

This is a newly created position that will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and brand presence through strategic partnerships and affiliate relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both managing existing third-party agency relationships and directly building and nurturing new partnerships to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness for Quilter Invest.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the affiliate and partnerships marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and direct partnership opportunities that align with the Quilter Invest brand and target audience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse range of partners, including financial websites, bloggers, influencers, and other relevant businesses.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are optimised, delivering a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all affiliate and partnership campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to create compelling content and marketing materials for partners.
  • Manage the partnerships budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate and partnerships marketing.
About You
Skills and Experience
  • Proven multi-year experience in an affiliate or partnerships marketing role, ideally within the regulated financial services or FinTech sector.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and growing affiliate programmes.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles and digital channels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with app-first products and mobile acquisition strategies is a plus.
