Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a Quality function within aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Demonstrated auditing experience – AS9100 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer standards.
• Manage internal and external audits and maintain accreditations.
