Title Summary:
In this advanced specialist role, the Measurement Specialist & Analyst independently delivers high-impact analysis for large, multifaceted product or educational intervention projects, shaping the team's data strategies and quality benchmarks. Their domain expertise is relied upon to design robust analytical approaches, optimize data collection methods, and develop sophisticated metrics that influence key decisions. Regularly, this role collaborates with product, research, and technology teams to integrate multiple data sources and advise on modeling and a range of research methodologies, ensuring analytical rigor across deliverables. While not accountable for formal management, they play a lead role in peer mentorship, complex troubleshooting, and ensuring that critical business risks in data quality or interpretation are surfaced early.
