Mon-Thurs: 09:00-17:00 | Fri: 09:00-16:30
Up to £41.44/hr (Umbrella)
Hybrid Working (Office & Home)
2.5 Days/Week On-Site Required

About the Role:

We\'re seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Adults team in South Devon. This role plays a critical part in leading practice, supporting staff, and ensuring quality service delivery under the Care Act 2014

Your Responsibilities:
  • Complex case work including Safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, and Best Interest decisions
  • Manage caseloads, waiting lists, and reviewing functions
  • Provide support, supervision, and daily guidance to team members
  • Step in for the Team Manager when needed
  • Support the team\'s duty function and service delivery
Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker (SWE Registered)
  • 5+ years post-qualified experience
  • Strong legal literacy - Care Act, DoLS, MCA, Safeguarding
  • Effective management, leadership, and supervision skills
  • Enhanced DBS (Children & Adults Barred List)
  • Able to commit to 2.5 days/week in the office (rest remote)
