We are seeking a motivated, skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our thriving GP practice on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. Main duties of the job

In this role, you will independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients across a range of presentations. You will provide expert care for both acute and long-term conditions, prescribe within your scope of practice, and contribute to the smooth running of the clinical team. You will work closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care. Maintaining accurate patient records using SystmOne and supporting the wider team with your clinical expertise are key aspects of the role. We are a busy, friendly GP practice serving a patient list of around 7,200. Our team includes 3 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, a Nurse Prescriber, Practice Nurses, HCAs, and a GPA, supported by a skilled management and administrative team. We also work closely with Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, and a Mental Health Occupational Therapist. • Proven experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or general practice setting

• Experience providing autonomous clinical decision-making and patient management
• Experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Experience documenting clinical care accurately in an electronic patient record system (preferably SystmOne)
• Experience in prescribing within scope of practice (V300)
• Experience in minor illness or urgent care management
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff or students
• Experience contributing to quality improvement initiatives or service development projects
• Experience in patient education, health promotion, or chronic disease clinics
