This post forms part of our longer‑term workforce planning to maintain stability and sustainability beyond April 2026.
About Thamesmead Medical Associates. Thamesmead Medical Associates (www.thamesmeadmedical.org) is a large, well‑established GP training practice in South East London with approximately 16,000 registered patients. The practice is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and provides high‑quality, patient‑centred care to a diverse local population. We are a recognised training environment for GP registrars and Foundation Doctors and have a broad multidisciplinary team including ARRS roles such as pharmacists, paramedics, and social prescribing link workers. The practice offers a supportive and progressive environment, with weekly protected education time, regular supervision, and active involvement in teaching, service development, and quality improvement.
