Rate: £32.55 per hour (Umbrella) | Contract Type: Temporary | Working Pattern: Office-based, minimum 3 days per week

Role

Westminster City Council is seeking a skilled and compassionate Adults Social Worker / Care Manager to join the Learning Disabilities team. The role focuses on conducting statutory reviews of care and support packages under the Care Act 2014, ensuring that individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs receive person-centred, empowering support. You will work collaboratively with residents, families, carers, and service providers to assess needs, evaluate support plans, and promote independence, dignity, and choice.
