What you will do
  • Conduct specialist assessments and develop intervention plans to maximise the functional independence of adults within their homes
  • Prescribe specialist disability equipment and recommend minor home adaptations
  • Make informed recommendations for major adaptations via the Disabled Facilities Grant process
  • Perform complex Moving & Handling Risk Assessments and draft detailed Personal Handling Plans
  • Complete reports on recommendations for rehousing on disability grounds and conduct Void Property Assessments
