Contract role

We are recruiting for an experienced Adults Assessor to work in an Early Support and Advice Hub in Tameside. The Assessor will be the first point of contact in the hub, handle calls or contacts, information gathering, speak to individuals, pre-screen care act assessments, with a key focus on keeping people living well at home.
