The Role

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Workers to join this dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting adults with autism across the educational and social activities, both within their centre and in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group support for learners, helping them develop social, communication, and practical life skills.
• Assist in delivering bespoke educational sessions tailored to individual needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage learners to reach their full potential.
• Accompany learners on community activities, fostering independence and engagement.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of learners' progress and achievements.
