Job Title: Social Worker – Adult’s Mental Health Team
Location: Blackburn
Rate: £30 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a Mental Health Team based in Blackburn.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will identify risk and safeguarding for those who are vulnerable, using escalation routes when risk is identified. You will also develop and improve services by identifying issues and risks to service delivery or the safeguarding of adults, children, young people, and their families, ensuring that the Team Manager is aware of high-risk issues. You will ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, particularly in relation to risk management, safety, and resilience, using escalation routes when risk is identified. You must be able to react to immediate problems of a highly complex nature with associated risk factors and deliver immediate solutions, sometimes under extreme pressure.

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.The ideal candidate will have experience of working with adults with disabilities, have good assessments knowledge and have a confident and thorough understanding of all legislation
