Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in civil engineering.
• Experience with a civil engineering contractor, consultancy or new build housing developer.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with parties to support approvals for planning.
• Coordinate external engineers for site works and construction elements.
• Secure adoption agreements in line with the development programme.
