Overview

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a full‑time Admissions Apprentice to support the delivery of a highly responsive admissions service for current and prospective students. This is a busy department and role; you will follow the admissions process from inputting the application through to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an efficient and effective admissions service to all applicants.
  • Input applications and screen them.
  • Refer to support services where appropriate.
  • Request references and information to support applications.
  • Provide information to current and prospective students.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments.
Qualifications
  • Hold 5 GCSEs (grade 4 and above) including Maths & English.
  • Ideally have some experience working with the general public.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Resilient, positive, able to work autonomously with a strong work ethic.
