A leading healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking an Admiral Nurse to support families dealing with dementia. This role requires a Registered Nurse with post-registration qualifications in dementia care. Responsibilities include providing emotional support, consultancy on best practices, and training other staff members. The position offers a hybrid work model, enhancing flexibility for staff while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality care.
The role is flexible with a hybrid model; you will be based at the support office in Chiswick London with the flexibility to work from home.
The Admiral Nurse service will focus on building the knowledge skills and confidence of professional carers and the wider family to support families caring for the person living with dementia to remain in their home environment for as long as possible. The Admiral Nurse will act as an internal specialist resource for Home Instead Hammersmith and Chiswick supporting the best practice of those involved in the care of the family affected by dementia as well as developing assessment and care-planning tools for use across the network.
