  • Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact for patients and families.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate workloads.
  • Process and track referrals and waiting lists.
  • Maintain accurate databases and records.
  • Assist with monitoring service performance data.
  • Liaise with other departments and professionals.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Support clinical elements of the post as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact for patients and families.

  • Process and track referrals and waiting lists.
  • Maintain accurate databases, records and documentation in line with confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Assist with monitoring service performance data and produce basic reports.
  • Liaise with other departments and professionals as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Tuag Adref team.
  • Support clinical elements of the post as needed.
Requirements

Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
