A regional healthcare provider in Selby is seeking a part-time Administrator - Receptionist to join their team. In this role, you will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and perform essential administrative duties in a mental health unit. Candidates should possess a relevant qualification and have strong customer service skills. This role offers a friendly work atmosphere with a focus on mental health support.
Administrator - Receptionist role based at Worsley Court, Selby, within a child and adolescent community mental health unit. Part-time (22.5 hours) with Monday to Friday 12:30pm to 5:00pm. Closing date: 29 September 2025.
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. Reception duties include greeting service users, carers, staff and visitors and answering queries via telephone and email. The ability to remain calm and communicate clearly is essential, as well as promoting a positive culture for young people living with mental health issues and/or neurodiverse conditions.
The successful candidate will be expected to perform basic admin tasks, update calendars, maintain visitor logs, issue access cards, deal with incoming & outgoing post and calls, photocopying, scanning and ensure that all information in the reception area for staff and public is clearly displayed and updated as appropriate.
