A major housing provider is seeking an Administrator for its Asset compliance team in Croydon. The role involves a range of administrative and support tasks to ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, responding to inquiries, and providing meeting support. Ideal candidates will have strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The position offers a hybrid work model and various employee benefits.
The role: Join Southern Housing as an Administrator in our Asset compliance team. You will be providing a full range of administrative and support services to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the team and department. Completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure Southern Housing meets its legal and regulatory compliance requirements. The role will involve liaising with staff in other departments, external contractors, and residents in relation to delivering operational compliance. You’ll assist in the implementation of continuous improvements and BAU tasks.
This role will be based in our Croydon office and offers hybrid working arrangements between office and work from home and is offered on Secondment/Fixed Term Basis until 15 October 2026.
