About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator & Exams Officer to join our friendly and collaborative team at PA Media Academy. This is a varied and hands‑on role that sits at the centre of our training operation.

You’ll support the smooth running of diploma and apprenticeship programmes, manage exams and assessments, and provide essential administrative support across the Academy. You’ll work closely with training managers, programme leaders, tutors and external awarding bodies, helping to ensure an excellent experience for learners from onboarding through to completion.

How you’ll add value
  • Provide high‑quality administrative support across diploma programmes, apprenticeships and professional training.
  • Support learner and apprentice onboarding, ensuring a positive and well‑organised experience.
  • Coordinate exams and assessments, working with internal teams and external awarding bodies.
  • Maintain accurate records, tracking data and learning systems to support compliance and quality assurance.
  • Support recruitment and interview processes for diploma and apprenticeship programmes.
  • Manage room bookings, equipment and day‑to‑day operational needs within the training centre.
  • Act as a key point of contact between PA Media Academy and internal support teams such as IT and Facilities.
About You

You’ll be highly organised, confident in managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders. You’ll enjoy being the person who keeps things running smoothly and takes pride in delivering a great learner experience.

  • Confident using MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Comfortable owning tasks and working independently when required.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience using BUD apprenticeship management software.
  • Experience working with Moodle or other learning platforms.
  • Experience in an education, training or learning environment.
