Job description

Administrator (Data & Reporting Focus) - Hybrid (NG2)

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm | 3 days WFH | Subsidised parking at Broad Marsh

I'm recruiting for an experienced, highly data-driven Administrator to join a small but high-performing team supporting a large glanced, high-profile public-sector client. This role is ideal for someone who has worked with major public-sector contracts, is comfortable working to strict SLAs, and enjoys owning complex reporting cycles, heavy deadlines, and partner liaison.

This is not a typical admin role – we are looking for someone who enjoys digging into data, preparing manual reports, challenging processes, offering new ideas, and becoming a key point of contact for internal and external partners. As the role expands, you'll take on more client‑relationship responsibilities, joining review meetings, working closely with client partners, and confidently pushing back where needed. You will also provide cover for team responsibilities including Hannah’s workload.

Key Responsibilities

Data & reporting ownership – preparing manual reports, validating data accuracy, tracking SLAs, and ensuring all reports are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Partner liaison – working directly with public‑sector client contacts, supporting review meetings, discussing potential service changes, and ensuring all parties have قص clearer and accurate information.

File management – updating and maintaining electronic and paper files, ensuring compliance with naming conventions and folder structures.

File opening & closing – setting up matters on the case / document management system and ensuring client‑specific procedures are followed.

General administrative support – including bookings, courier requests, printing / scanning, and other ad‑hoc tasks within the team.

Process improvement – as client requirements evolve, you’ll be encouraged to help reshape processes, bring ideas, and make the role your own.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience supporting one major public‑sector client
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data and producing accurate manual reports
  • Confident communicator able to push back professionally
  • SLA‑driven, deadline‑focused, and highly organised
  • Someone who enjoys ownership, problem‑solving, and getting stuck in
Benefits
  • 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays (+ extra Christmas Day)
  • The option to buy / sell up to 5 holiday days
  • 5% pension
  • Medical cover
  • Brilliant social calendar and a supportive team culture
  • Subsidised parking at Broad Marsh
Hybrid working : 3 days from home
