Job description

Our client is seeking a motivated Administrator to join their growing team, providing high-quality administration services to a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients. In this role, you will ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard. You will be supported with mentoring and professional development to help you reach your full potential as the business continues to grow.

Job Duties:

  • Provide ongoing administration support for a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring expectations are met and valuable relationships are nurtured.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of work, meeting transactional, statutory, and internal procedural deadlines.
  • Assist in managing WIP and debt collection, maintaining accurate records.
  • Be involved in the client acceptance process to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate administration.
  • Studying towards a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive and flexible approach with a desire to succeed in a financial services role.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently when required.
