Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a national logistics company in Swansea. The role involves resolving customer queries through effective communication, processing orders, and interacting with stakeholders. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, preferably within a logistics background, and excellent IT capabilities. The position offers a temporary contract with pay at £21.21 per hour, with hours of 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience is essential, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and WMS.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and solve customer queries via phone and email.
  • Process, release, and monitor customer orders across various systems.

Role: Administration

Contract: Temporary (on-going)

Pay: £21.21/ph, weekly pay

Hours: 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday (initial training for 2 weeks you work 5am to 2pm)

JDR are currently working with a national logistics company who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator for their Swansea site who will to resolve customer queries through effective communication to meet deadlines.

Duties:
  • Investigating and solving customer queries within a timely manner - both over the phone and through email
  • Processing, releasing and monitoring customer orders across various systems
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Who this would suit:
  • Customer service experience is essential, within a Supply Chain or Logistics background would be advantageous
  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills - experience of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience is desirable)
