Job Summary

As an Administrator at Coastline, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to Services personnel across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and delivering outstanding service to clients, subcontractors, and visitors to our office. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating job costing information through our computerised system, contributing to the smooth operation of Coastline Services' essential functions.

We are looking for someone who has excellent oral and written communication abilities, is capable of working independently while maintaining open and effective communication and able to collaborate and assist other team members. You will have general admin experience with proficiency in maintaining electronic filing systems and a good understanding of computerised databases, with sound IT skills in Microsoft applications. For this role it is essential that you are resilient, thorough, diligent, with the ability to plan and prioritise workload independently, meeting deadlines effectively. This role requires a full driving licence as occasional travel may be required.
