Appointments & Patient Support
  • Book, amend, and manage patient appointments using the clinical system.
  • Support patients with accessing services, including online platforms where applicable.
  • Assist with repeat prescription requests following practice procedures.
  • Signpost patients to appropriate healthcare professionals or services.
Administrative Duties
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records.
  • File, scan, and process clinical documents and correspondence.
