Large Format Print Administrator Opportunity!

Experience within some form of estimations or quotations is preferred. This role is office based in Bury! The ideal candidate MUST have experience within Large Print Format.

The Business

Our client specialises within the sporting retail & print field. Working together across multiple areas of expertise, our client is a North West based large format print and signage company, they offer a range of products within a variety of sectors including retail, leisure, events, sporting events & exhibitions. Our client has amassed an excellent reputation and they seek to appoint a cross skilled administrator on a permanent basis to join their excellent team.

The Role
Customer Service & Front of House
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing accurate information or directing queries to the relevant team members.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and website, offering clear guidance on services, timelines and pricing.
Estimating & Job Administration
  • Create and manage quotations using Print IQ, ensuring all job details are accurately entered and costed.
  • Ensure that all relevant job information is collected before passing work to the artwork and production departments.
  • Input and assign tasks onto the job board, including requests for artwork visuals or other components.
  • Confirm that quotes are accepted and payment or credit approval is in place before production begins.
Administrative & Financial Coordination
  • Set up new customer and supplier accounts and ensure all required details are captured and verified.
  • Liaise with accounts to team to confirm payments or credit approvals before progressing jobs.
Logistics & Communication
  • Coordinate delivery bookings with customers and couriers, ensuring accurate records and clear communication of delivery information.
  • Track collections and shipments, keeping customers informed of delivery or dispatch times.
  • Maintain up-to-date records within our Print Management System.
The Person
  • Previous experience within the print and signage industry (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and estimating.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Organised, reliable and proactive approach to work
