Anexciting opportunity to join our highly motivated and innovative team based in Kidderminster
We are looking for a professional, reliable and enthusiastic administrator to work within the Childrens Speech and Language Therapy Service based at Franche Clinic in Kidderminster.
We are a well-established team offering a range of services across Worcestershire. The successful applicant will carry out administrative and clerical duties required by our team of therapists and assistants, helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of the service.

This is a part time role working 33.75 hours per week.
Please note the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this role, to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status.
Duties include undertaking office and secretarial tasks in relation to the service including entering information onto Rio, our patient record system; phone calls; photocopying; laminating; dealing with the post and the delivery of orders. In addition, the postholder may be required to carry out data analysis in relation to statutory assessments and waiting times, along with the production of resources and equipment used by the team and our colleagues in schools and settings.
We are looking for a good team player who can be flexible and a supportive member of the team.
The successful post holder will be organised, a good communicator, able to answer and deal with face to face and telephone enquiries from service users in a friendly and courteous manner.
