A family-owned care home group in Ferndown is seeking a friendly and organized individual to oversee administration and provide excellent customer service. The role involves managing the administration team, assisting residents and families, conducting viewings, and handling inquiries efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in supervising and performing administrative functions in a busy environment.
32 hours per week, working every Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon, between the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (including paid breaks).
We are looking for an organised and friendly individual to join our team to provide a 'Colten' warm welcome to all our visitors. Your interpersonal skills will be in regular use, and as a font of knowledge, you'll be able to assist your wider team, as well as residents and relatives.
