Job summary

A growing construction business in the UK seeks an Administrator to support various maintenance and electrical tasks. This role offers hybrid options with a salary range of £24k - £25k per annum. Candidates should have experience with MS office, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist in general administrative duties. Flexibility is required to commute to Swanley until a new Crawley office opens in April 2026. This position can lead to either temporary to permanent or permanent employment.

This role is initially based in Swanley, Kent until a new regional office opens in Crawley in April 2026. The suitable candidate must Waa be well situated for both locations or be close to Crawley and willing to commute to Swanley 2‑3 days per week until the new office opens.

Administrator required for growing construction business undertaking a mixture of maintenance and electrical tasks across London and the south home counties.
