A healthcare organization is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator in Preston. The role involves providing high-quality secretarial support, managing the Governor's diary, and coordinating events while engaging with various stakeholders. This permanent full-time position offers a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598 per annum.

As a Foundation Trust, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals is required to operate a Council of Governors, and we're seeking a dedicated individual to provide vital support, helping Governors fulfil their important responsibilities.
You'll be at the heart of governance activity--providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support, coordinating Governor involvement in Trust and partner events, and ensuring the smooth running of meetings, workshops, and activities. You'll also support the Director of Corporate Affairs, gaining valuable exposure to the Trust's most senior leaders.
