The post holder will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support to the Mental Health Team (MHT). The Administration Officer (AO) will work to the direction of the Executive Officer (EO) Practice Manager to support the clinical staff based within the Department of Community Mental Health (DCMH). The post holder will be responsible for all administrative requirements for both new and current patient caseloads which includes liaison with other Medical Centres and outside agencies. The post holder will also be responsible for managing clinical diaries and clinics, answering telephone queries, booking medical documents in/out, dealing with the post, and sending and receiving faxes/emails. To provide cover for the Executive Officer (EO) in their absence.
