36 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, fixed term until 09 August 2026. Broxburn Academy is a six-year comprehensive school serving Broxburn, Uphall, Uphall Station, Pumpherston and Dechmont. The school collaborates with cluster primaries to ensure a consistent, holistic approach. The current school roll is 823.

Broxburn Academy is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Administrative Officer to join the School Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative and passionate person to work in a busy office environment. You will support the Area Business Support Manager to ensure the school operates efficiently.

The working week is Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm.
