Administrative Assistant (Personal Assistant/ Project Support) — Truro, Cornwall (Hybrid Working). Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 + Specialist Training + Development + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits.

Excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that has recently opened a brand-new site in Cornwall. You will benefit from specialist training, career development, and the flexibility of hybrid working. You will provide direct support to the Managing Director and assist engineers and project managers with key administrative and project-related tasks.

The company is well-established and expanding, delivering projects for over 20 years. They specialize in a wide range of engineering projects, from small-scale works to large, complex, high-value projects. Due to continued growth and new projects, they are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to strengthen the new Cornwall team.

In this varied position, you will join a close-knit and dynamic team, supporting the Managing Director and senior engineers with day-to-day operations. You will receive full training in proposal writing and use Microsoft Office to create spreadsheets, prepare reports, and develop PowerPoint presentations.

This role is ideal for a confident and motivated Administrative Assistant who is looking to build a long-term career within a respected engineering consultancy. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and core administrative functions (document management, scheduling, record keeping, and communication) are essential.
